Aloor Khosha Bhaja (Fried Potato Peels)

Excellent way to get rid of potato peels. Also possible with other thick peels, but nuthing can beat the flavour of potato peels.

Potato peels with a little smack of potato.
Poppy seeds
Chilly powder
Turmeric powder (optional).
Salt to taste
Enough oil for deep frying

1. Grind the poppy seeds spiced with chilly powder with as little water as possible.
2. Add salt to this paste.
2. Coat the peels in the paste
3. Deep fry till a munchy golden brown

4. Serve hot as snack with tea or drinks, or as a side dish with rice and lentils
