Toasted Bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream

I just happened to trip on this African dessert on Travel and Living. The name din't register, but the recipe did. I roasted the bananas topped with a little sugar in the oven and it came out beautifully.

Ingredients
Nendranga bananas/Kerala bananas (used for making chips)
Honey
Chocolate sauce
Scoop of ice-cream (vanilla)



Method
1. Spilt open the bananas while leaving their skin intact.
2. Grill them nicely or bake it in the oven with a little sugar drizzled on top.
3. Transfer to a plate.

4. Add a generous amount of chocolate sauce and place a scoop of ice-cream on top.
5. Drizzle with honey.
