Coriander Chutney (Kotthamalli thogayal)

Popular among South-Indians, Coriander chutney is a thick gravy made from coriander leaves seasoned with spices. You can mix this chutney with rice, or have it as a side dish for idlis or chapatis, or spread them on sandwiches. In Tamil, Coriander is known as "Koth-tha-malli" and chutney comes closest to "Tho-gale"(thogayal).
