Vegetable Soup

For veggies and folks who do not like to spend too much time in kitchen, here is a quick and delicious soup you can make for dinner.

Ingredients

Broccoli
Mushrooms
Diced Carrots
Onions
Boiled potatoes
Green chillies
Coriander for garnish
Oilve
Soya sauce Chilli sauce
Vinegar
Tomato ketchup/Hot and Sour sauce
Ginger-Garlic paste
Ginger juliennes
Salt
Ground pepper Water
Grated cheese
Corn flour

Method

1. In a pan, add a little oil. When the oil is hot, add the green chillies, ginger juliennes, the ginger-garlic paste and stir to ensure that the paste does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
2. Add the onions and saute.
3. Add the rest of the vegetables one by one. Make sure to stir each time a vegetable is added.
4. Add soya sauce, vinegar and a little ketchup or the sauce and stir the mixture well.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Add water to this soup depending on the number of servings.
7. To thicken the soup, dilute a little corn flour in water and pour this mixture to the soup.

8. As you pour the corn flour mixture, keep stirring continuously; otherwise lumps will form and the soup will rapidly thicken.
9. Add juice of lime, spring onions, and sprinkle cheese.

Voila, your vegetable soup is ready!
