Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls are one of my all time favourites which I like to indulge in from time to time.

Ingredients

Shredded english vegetables
Maida
Water
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Hot and sour chilli sauce
Ginger-Garlic paste
Ginger juilennes
Chopped garlic
Green chillies
Salt

Method
1. In a bowl, mix maida, water and salt to make a nice thick dough. 

    Note: Be careful when you add water; incase the dough becomes too sticky, you can
    either add maida or a little oil to make the dough more malleable.
2. Take oil in a kadai.
3. When the oil is hot, add the ginger juliennes, chopped garlic and the green chillies.
4. Now add the onions and saute until the onions turn a lovely pink.
5. Add the ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
6. Now add the rest of the vegetables one by one and saute.
7. Cover with lid for a couple of minutes until the vegetables soften.
8. Uncover, and add the soya sauce,vinegar and chilli sauce.
9. Roll out the maida, and add a sizeable amount of the stuffing.

10. Roll the ends and seal the dough.
11. In a pan, add oil.
12. When the oil is hot, deep fry the spring rolls.
13. For the serving, slice the rolls and serve with ketchup.
