Vegetable Salad

A nice healthy snack, it fills your stomach and nourishes your skin at the same time. There are no hard and fast rules here, I'll strongly encourage you to use veggies of your choice.


Grated beetrot
Grated carrot
Grated cucumber
Diced onions
Diced tomatoes

Paneer cubes
Mustard seeds
Green chilles

1. Mix the veggies in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a wok, and when the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, ginger juliennes and the diced chillies.
3. Pour over the veggies including the paneer and mix.
4. Add salt, lime and coriander.
5. Serve.
