Creamy Dip

This is just fantastic and guaranteed to sweep anyone off their feet! A Bangladeshi chef specially whipped up this one for me.

You need

Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper

Yellow bell pepper
Creamy Cheddar Cheese
Tomato puree

Pinch of salt
Finely ground black pepper
Olive oil


In a pan, heat oilve oil.
Add the bell peppers one by one and saute well.
Add the tomato puree and allow the peppers to cook.
When you see the first boil, simmer.
Pour the cheese slowly into the puree.
Stir it once.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve warm with garlic bread, crackers or tacos.
