Baby Corn fritters

Ingredients
Baby corn (1 cup)
Corn flour
Maida
Finely chopped coriander
Chilli powder
Ginger-garlic paste
Turmeric
Chilli paste
Salt
Oil for frying

Method
1. Make a thick batter using the corn flour, maida, and the spices.
2. Dip the baby corn in the batter and deep fry it.
3. Drain the oil and serve hot with chilli sauce.
