Kheer

The Kheer is simply mouth watering and takes just about 10 minutes to make. Surprise your sudden visitors with this delicious dessert. To make it richer, you can also add condensed milk it a thick creamy sweet taste.

Ingredients
Cooked rice 1 cup
Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar 1/2 cup
Raisins
Ghee 2-3 tbs

Method
1. Boil the milk and add the cooked rice. Stir well.
2. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
3. Add ghee and stir again.
4. Allow it to cook well and when it thickens, remove from fire.
5. Fry raisins in ghee and pour over the sweet rice.
6. Serve hot.
