Paal Khova (Milk sweet)
This dessert is a little tedious to prepare, but nevertheless worth the effort. You will fall in love with the paal khova once it slithers down your throat.
Almond and Pista pieces (Optional)
1. The proportion of milk and sugar is 1 litre and 1/2 cup respectively.
2. Boil milk and stir continuously until the milk is reduced to half its size.
The colour turns a light yellow because of the butter that the milk gives
3. Add the sugar and elaichi powder and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
4. Remove from fire and serve hot.
