Spring Salad

Ingredients
Diced apples
Peeled oranges
Cherry tomatoes
Sprouts
Diced cucumber
Diced onions
Shredded Ice berg lettuce

For the dressing
Oilve oil
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Orange juice

Method
1. Toss the veggies and fruits in a bowl.
2. Prepare the dressing, by mixing olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Pour over the salad.
4. Toss once more.
5. Before you serve, squeeze the juice of lemon and orange juice.
6. Refridgerate it and serve cold.

Note: You may also use other fruits like kiwis, cherries and strawberries. I strongly encourage you to experiment , cos that is where all the FUN is!!!
