Paneer ka kheer

You need
Crumbled paneer
Milk(1 litre)
Sugar (5 tbsp)
Elaichi powder
Milkmaid (optional)
Raisins
Ghee
Method
Boil milk until it reduces to half its quantity.
Add sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
Add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
Add milkmaid and mix once.
Add elaichi powder.
Fry the raisins in ghee and pour over the kheer.
Serve chilled.
Note: If you are going use both milkmaid and sugar, watch out for the quantity lest the recipe becomes cloyingly sweet.
