Paneer topped with salad


Thin, but squarely sliced paneer(cottage cheese)
Finely chopped tomatoes
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped green chillies
Lime juice
A pinch of chilli powder
Freshly ground cumin
Finely chopped mint and coriander 


1. Place the thinly sliced square paneer pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
3. Make small helpings of the salad and place on top of the paneer.
4. Serve at room temperature.

yup, it is. All four recipes are from Madhur Jafferey's show on Travel & Living. (Moong Dal and Rajma, FIsh Cutlets, Paneer salad and Mint-radish Chutney)
