Cutlet Curry

The beauty of cooking is the creativity that you can unleash and the twists you can add to your dishes. Here is an innovative recipe using cutlets.

Ingredients
Oil
Cumin seeds
Onions
Capsicum
Tomato sauce
Worcestire sauce
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Salt

Method
1. In a tava, heat oil and splutter cumin seeds.
2. Add chopped onions and capsicum and saute.
3. Add tomato sauce and worcestire sauce and allow it to cook.
4. Now add a dash of soya sauce and vinegar.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Now throw in the cutlets
and mix gently so that the cutlets soak up the sauce.
