Fried Peanut masala rice

Ingredients
Cooked rice
Peanuts
Dry red chillies
Urad dal
Salt
Turmeric
Green chillies
Chilli powder
Hing
Oil

Method
1. Fry the urad dal and red chillies separately. Grind them together to make a dry powder.
2. In a wok, heat a little oil.
3. Add urad dal and green chillies.
4. Add the peanuts and cook well.
5. Add a dash of turmeric.
6. Now mix the rice in the wok along with the rest of the ingredients.
7. Add a pinch of hing.
8. Add the dry powder and mix.
9. Now add salt to taste and mix again.
10. Serve hot with raita.
