Italian Dessert from Cook na Kaho

Alright, welcome to sin-city. The dessert was simple to make and yummy to eat.


Cream 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence
Dash of rum


1. Dissolve the gelatin in a bowl of warm water and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
2. In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and whip it well.
3. Now add the gelatin and run the mixture again.
4. Pour into ice-cream bowls and refrigerate for a few hours.
5. Garnish with pistachios or sugar crystals and serve chilled.
