Magni Chutki Dal

Ingredients
Moong Dal (yellow split)
Cumin seeds
Hing
Chillies
Turmeric
Salt
Water
Oil

Method
1. Soak the moong dal in water for an hour.
2. Remove and keep aside in a vessel.
3. In a wok, heat oil and splutter cumin seeds and hing.
4. To this add, dal, green chillies, turmeric and salt.
5. Add a little water and simmer.
6. Cover with a lid and allow it to cook.
7. Remove after 15 minutes.
