Peanut ka cutlet

This variety of cutlet is not deep fried like the regular ones and here, a new ingredient, peanut powder is also introduced. I caught this recipe on television while filpping through channels.


Ingredients
Grated potato
Rice flour
Ground nut powder
Chillies
Salt
Pinch of chilli powder
Lime juice
Finely chopped coriander
Oil


Method
1. Mix all the ingredients together and roll out small balls of the mixture.
2. Flatten each ball lightly while retaining the thickness.
3. Heat a flat bottomed pan and add oil.
4. Now put the patties on the tava and allow it to cook until the cutlets turn a golden brown.
5. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
