Moong Dal Salad

I love sprouts when it is steamed and nicely seasoned with lime, salt, and pepper. Moong is excellent for thick luscious hair and overall health.

Ingredients
Sprouted moong 2 cups
Finely sliced tomatoes 1 cup
Finely chopped red capsicum 1 cup
Finely chopped green capsicum 1 cup
Finely chopped mint leaves 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Finely chopped ginger julienne 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chillies
Salt
Pepper
Juice of lime

Method
1.    Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
2.    Before serving, squeeze fresh lime and toss once.
3.    Your salad is ready to go.
