Corn Salad

Steamed or roasted corn is undeniably tasty. You can also make simple salads or curry as an accompaniment with bread.

Cooked or steamed corn (American sweet corn) 2 cups
Juice of lime 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1tbsp

Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green chillies

1. Make a dressing of salt, pepper, green chillies, and olive oil.
2. Add it to the corn. (If you are using packaged corn, wash well.)
3. Toss well.
4. Add the lime juice and toss once again.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
