Mango Pudding

This is my own simple creation, closely resembling the panna cotta, which I had previously made. Needless to say, the crowd loved it!

Mango Pulp 2 cups
Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
Condensed Milk 1/2 cup
Gelation 2 tsps
Hot water 2-3 tsps
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp

1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water until it is smooth.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to an even consistency.
3. Pour in ramekins and set it for 4-5 hours in the freezer.
4. Unmould the pudding and serve.
