Sprouts with Boiled Peanuts Salad

Among other yummy salads my mom makes, the Sprouts with Boiled Peanuts Salad is one of my favourites. Having a bowl of sprouts everyday is exteremely beneficial to your health. It is a rich source of fiber, high energy content, helps digest food, and contains vitamins and minerals, sometimes not found in raw vegetables.You can pressure cook the sprouts or boil it in water. Do not throw the water in which the sprouts has been boiled. Use it in your cooking.


Ingredients
Cooked sprouts
Boiled peanuts
Boiled carrots
Finely chopped coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of lime
Olive oil

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Serve chilled or warm.
