Carrot-Brocolli Curry

I love brocolli. You must have realized it by now going by my recipes. I made a mildly spicy version, with a curious mix of Asian flavours, but without a hint of oil.

Ingredients
Cubed carrots
Finely cut broccoli
Dark soya sauce 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Asafoetida, a pinch
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Juice of lime

Method
1. In a wok, add a little water and when it starts boil, add the cumin seeds.
2. Boil the vegetables.
3. Add hing and the rest of the dry spices. Saute.
4. Add a the soya sauce and chilli sauce. Stir once.
5. Add the salt and mix.
6. Ensur that the vegetables are not overcooked, and have the right crunchiness to them.
7. Garnish with juice of lime and serve hot.
