Fried Spinach

I stayed over at Krishna's and Suba's house today and we decided to cook instead of eating out. Suba and I decided to take turns whipping up the dishes and she taught me to make some brilliant fried spinach. We also made moong dal, and mashed cauliflower curry with panch poran which was terribly tasty.

Spinach 1 bowl
White Sesame seeds
Korean sesame oil
Salt to taste

1. In a kadai, heat sesame oil and splutter sesame seeds.
2. Toast the seeds before you splutter it.
3. Add the spinach and toss.
4. Allow it to cook well until the spinach softens and absorbs the oil.
5. Add salt to taste.
