Macaroni with Vegetables

My roommate has been working very hard towards her medical exams. So I decided to whip up some nice meal for the night which was not time consuming. My eyes fell on a packet of macaroni which was waiting to be cooked. I had made my decision.

Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped tomato
Sliced brocolli
Finely chopped ginger and garlic
Finely chopped green chillies
Tomato puree 3 tbsps
Light soy sauce 2 tbsps
Cooking oil

1. Boil the macaroni and run it under cold water. Allow it to drain.
2. In a wok, heat oil and splutter cumin, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
3. Fry the onions.
4. Next add the brocolli and saute for a couple of minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes and saute.
6. Add the tomato puree and mix well.
7. Once the vegetables have cooked in the puree, add light soy, salt and pepper. Toss well.
8. Add the macaroni, mix well with the vegetables and sauce. Serve hot.
