Sweet and Tangy Pomegrante Raita

The Pomegranate Raita (Yogurt dip) is one of the easiest and healthiest dips to make for your Indian breads (rotis). You can even have it as a snack. Curd is a pro biotic that aids in digestion and pomegranate is great source of folic acid for women and is rich in vitamins in addition to its anti-oxidant properties.

Ingredients
Pomegranate deseeded 1 cup
Thick beaten curd 2 cups
Finely chopped coriander, few sprigs
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Chat masala (Available in indian stores)

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled.
