Capsicum Mango Salad
This is a lovely summer salad, colourful, sweet, and crisp at the same time.
Ingredients
Peeled and diced Thotapuri mango or Kili mooku manga
Diced green capsicum
Diced cucumber
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida
Salt
Mustard seeds
Cooking oil

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a wok and splutter mustard seeds.
3. Pour over the salad and toss once.
4. Serve chilled.
