Butter Balls
Ingredients
Rice Flour 1 cup
Urad dal 1/2 cup
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough.
2. Take small quantities of the dough and roll out marble sized balls.
3. Deep fry in oil until it turns a golden brown.
4. Drain and store.
