Mango Shrikand

Ingredients
Hung curd
Mango pulp
Castor sugar


Method

1. Beat the curd and sugar until they make a fine paste.
2. Stir in the mango pulp and mix well.
3. Refrigerate.
4. Serve chilled.

that's thick yoghurt with the water drained out. Take a muslin cloth or a clean cloth with pores in it. POur the yoghurt into the cloth and tie it nicely and leave it to hang. The water will flow it leaving only the curd behind.
