Coconut Chocolate Lollipops

Ingredients
Fresh grated coconut
Chocolate powder
Sugar
Icing sugar(optional)
Raisins(optional)

Method
1. Mix the coconut and chocolate powder in a bowl.
2. Caramelize the sugar and pour over the coconut-chocolate mix.

3. Roll out small balls.

4. Sprinkle icing sugar on top.
5. Serve each lollipop on a tooth pick.
