Fruits with White Chocolate Sauce
I came across this simply fantastic and innovative recipe in a cookery show. I have added honey and raisins for that extra punch. Remember fig and honey ice cream?
1. In a wok, melt butter and white chocolate. Melt on low heat lest the chocolate gets burnt.
2. In wine cups, layer the fruits and pour hot white chocolate over them.
3. Add a dollop of cream and sprinkle raisins on top.
4. Drizzle a little honey and serve.
