My mom makes these yummy potato chips on rare occasions.
Oil for frying
1. Wash the potatoes and peel them.
2. Grate them in the shape you want.
3. Keep them in cold water so that they remain fresh and crisp.
4. Heat oil for frying.
5. Deep fry the chips.
6. When they turn a light brown, sprinkle salt water over them.
7. Remove the chips and drain the oil.
8. Sprinkle chilli powder and little salt and toss well.
