Masala yogurt (raita)

You need
Thick curds (yogurt)
Salt
Green chillies
Chilli powder
Roasted and ground cumin powder
Ground black pepper
Chat masala

Method
1. Add all the ingredients to the curd and beat well.
2. Garnish with coriander leaves or parsley.

Comments

Add boondi to it and it becomes boondi raita!
