Roti (Karantaka)

Ingredients

Rice flour
Mashed green peas
Freshly ground coconut
Green chillies
Coriander and curry leaves
Chilli powder
Salt
Yogurt
Oil 
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients to make a fine ball.
2. Take small portions of the dough and pat with hand to make a medium sized circle.
3. Heat a little oil in a wok, and put the circular dough on that.
4. Close with lid and steam it.
5. Consume it immediately with pickles or curd.

Sounds a bit like peas kachauri that Mama makes! Yummmm....
